About Us

CelPog LLC was created by its founder and CEO, Jacques Blinbaum, together with its CTO, Paulo Azambuja, in response to the need for a fully integrated mobile payment solution. The United States lags behind many other countries in adopting new mobile technologies. CelPog's launch represents a major step forward by providing the most complete mobile financial platform available.

The CelPog team has been a leader in the field of electronic payments since 1999 and has produced tested and proven solutions to thousands of customers.

CelPog believes in the special qualities of communities and built its launch product based on this model. By limiting functions to select groups and relationships CelPog is better able to add user friendly functionality in a mobile environment.

At CelPog we recognize that students represent the group most enthusiastic in their willingness to adopt new technologies. We also recognize that students are most familiar with the concept of online communities and relationship structures. Therefore, CelPog's version 1 is focused specifically on serving the student community.
