   Answers
1. How do I register?
Visit www.CelPog.com and click "Sign up".
· Input your basic information, review the terms and conditions, and click "Create my account".
· CelPog automatically sends you a verification email and text message.
· Go to your email box and click the link found in the text of the email to verify your email address. This will bring you to a new page where you will be prompted to insert your cell phone validation code.
Note: if you do not immediately receive an email from CelPog check your spam folder.
· Check your cell phone's text messages and input the phone validation code to verify your cell phone number
CelPog never asks for any private or confidential information. Credit card and bank information can be added at any time after registration.
2. Why do I need both a Password and a PIN?
Your password is used to log in to the CelPog website; your PIN ensures additional security before completing any online financial transaction.
Setup
3. Why should I add all my email accounts?
Adding email accounts makes it easier for your friends to identify and transact with you. Add up to five email accounts and choose one as your primary email account. CelPog will use your primary account to identify and communicate with you. Your friends will be able to use any of your five email addresses to transact with you but only your primary account will be visible to CelPog members. If you have an .edu account we urge you to include as one of your five email accounts (it does not have to be your primary). Doing so will allow us to identify you as a member of your particular college community which will make additional benefits and functions available to you.
Setup
4. How do I add my credit card and/or banking information?
· Under the Profile tab click "Bank Account" or "Credit Card" followed by "Add".

6. To what number do I send my text message command? 607-455-5555 or x@celpog.com?
Cell phone carriers operate using either CDMA technology or GSM technology.
· If you use CDMA (Verizon, Sprint, Alltel) then you have the option of sending your text message to the phone number or the email address (we suggest x@celpog.com because it makes the process a little faster).
· If you use GSM (AT&T, Cingular, T-Mobile) then you must use the 607-455-5555.
Either way we suggest that you save CelPog as one of your contacts for easy recall.

10. What should I do if I don't get a text message confirmation?
Most often this is a result of an entry error, in which case an error text message is sent to the originator of the transaction. However there are rare cases in which a text message fails to be delivered by your carrier. Send the exact same transaction text message a second time as CelPog's platform has a built in feature that rejects a second identical transactions within a two-hour time period. If the message was received twice you will receive two replies, one confirming the transaction and a second "duplicate transaction" error message rejecting the duplicate transaction. Remember, transactions originated online generate email confirmations, not text messages.
11. What is a "duplicate transaction" message?
Answers  As a safety feature the CelPog platform considers multiple identical transactions within a short time period (about two-hours) to be unintentional. The platform rejects subsequent transactions and sends out an error message. If you ever want to complete more than one transaction with the same friend within a short time period you will need to vary the amount; we suggest a penny.
12. What are CelPog Groups and how are they set up?
CelPog allows you to create groups with whom you share expenses on an ongoing basis and track shared expenses. It's great for roommates, share houses, clubs, fraternities and sororities.
To set up a group:
CelPog allows you to create groups with whom you share expenses on an ongoing basis and track shared expenses. It's great for roommates, share houses, clubs, fraternities and sororities.
To set up a group:
· Under the Groups tab the group administrator must creates a name for the group, add a description of the group, and click Add.
· The administrator can then invite existing CelPog members to be part of the group. They will receive an email invitation. Before any member can become a member of the group they must accept the invitation.
Any group member can record charges to be shared by the group. If Sandy spends $35 on house supplies she can text a "group owes me" transaction as "GOMe 35 house supplies" and the CelPog system will record that each of her 3 roommates owes her ¼ of the $35 she spent. The Group function tracks the group spending and provides detailed reports of all expenses and payments.

1. Can I transact with a person who is not registered CelPog user?
Yes, if your friend is not a member you can still use the Pay, IOU, and UOMe functions. To do so you need to use a cell phone number or an email address to identify your non-CelPog friend. When you enter a transaction CelPog will register it as a "pending" transaction. Both parties will receive a confirmation message. The non-members message prompts them to open a CelPog account. Once your friend opens their CelPog account the transaction will be completed and it will appear in both your account histories.
Note: You will not see pending transactions in your account history until after your friend has signed-up and included the referenced cell number or email.
2. Can I see my friend's friends?

1. Do I have to read the Terms and Conditions?
Yes. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully. We need you to fully understand CelPog's functions and limitations as well as our limitations on liability.
General FAQ
2. What fees does CelPog charge?
CelPog's service is offered free of charges. Please remember that when you send or receive a text message your cell service provider may charge you for their service.
General FAQ
3. Can I use CelPog instead of my credit card?
Your CelPog account should only be used in the same way as you might make cash payments, not large transactions. CelPog is a free service intended to be used only with friends that you know and trust. Like paying cash, payments can not be reversed by CelPog once completed. We rely on your ability to resole any problems directly with your friends and to make any necessary adjustments directly. Credit cards provide many benefits and protections which CelPog can not. We urge you to use credit/debit cards whenever you are dealing with non-friends or for transactions that involve any significant sums. Please review the Terms and Conditions for further details.
General FAQ
4. How much of a balance should I keep in my CelPog account?
We urge you not to keep a balance over $100 in your CelPog account because your funds are not insured and we are not a bank. When making or receiving payments we are acting as your payment agent with the expectation that you will administer your account and transfer excess amounts to your bank account in a timely manner.
General FAQ
5. Does CelPog place limits on account balances and transactions?
Yes, CelPog does place limitations on the size and number of transactions to minimize the risk of abuse. To view your limits:
· Under the Profile tab click Transaction Limits and set your personal preferences.

General FAQ
6. What happens if I use CelPog to pay for merchandise or a service and I am dissatisfied?
Using CelPog is the same as spending cash and you must exercise the same level of caution. We strongly urge you to use a check, credit, or debit card for any questionable purchases since they will provide you more protection. Also, please be advised that funding your CelPog with a credit card does NOT transfer any rights granted by your credit card to any purchase you make using your CelPog funds. CelPog transactions are all cash transactions irrespective of the manner in which the CelPog account is funded.
7. Which bank handles CelPog's financial transaction?
Your money is held in CelPog's master account at JPMorgan Chase Bank in New York. JPMorgan Chase Bank handles all of CelPog's financial transactions including the ACH transactions, those that transfer funds into, and out of your CelPog account.
